Current proposals driven by comuArt with other organisations, and working with many collaborators, partners and commissions to develop and shape up new projects.
Artistic projects are increasingly challenging and exceeding limits. They do it at very different levels: in their conception (interacting with real life, real people and immersing themselves in real experiences …); when performed publicly (incorporating and interacting with people and their points of view); and in their management (where the project can itself be an educational tool or a manifesto raising for awareness a specific cause), etc.)
In the first part of the workshop, we will discuss how to conceptualize our own artistic projects and how to find and establish new synergies. We will also analyse essential tools for the projects’ management: schedules, budgets, mission/goals, communication, etc.
